1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Great Drs platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Great Drs LLC ("Great Drs", "we", "our", or "us"). We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. About the Great Drs Platform

Great Drs is a medical care coordination platform designed to connect patients with qualified doctors, hospitals, interpreters, and related healthcare providers. Great Drs facilitates communication, scheduling, document management, and payment processing between these parties.

Great Drs is a coordination platform, not a healthcare provider. We do not employ doctors or medical staff, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Nothing on the Great Drs platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals in consultation with the patient. Great Drs makes no warranties regarding the qualifications, credentials, or outcomes of any healthcare provider listed on the Platform.

Patients are encouraged to independently verify the qualifications of any provider and to seek a second opinion before undertaking any medical procedure.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@greatdrs.com upon discovery of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must not share your credentials with any third party. Great Drs is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5. User Roles and Responsibilities

• Patients: Must provide accurate medical history. Acknowledge risks of medical procedures. Are responsible for travel arrangements and associated costs unless explicitly included in a treatment package.
• Doctors: Must maintain current professional licenses and credentials. Are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, procedure descriptions, and pricing. Must comply with all applicable medical regulations in their jurisdiction.
• Hospitals: Must maintain all required accreditations. Are responsible for the safety, cleanliness, and appropriate staffing of their facilities.
• Interpreters: Must accurately represent their language proficiency. Are responsible for maintaining confidentiality regarding all medical information encountered.
• Referrers: Must comply with applicable anti-kickback and referral regulations in their jurisdiction. May not engage in deceptive practices when referring patients.

6. Payment Terms

Payments on the Platform are processed via Stripe or PayPal. By initiating a payment, you agree to the applicable payment processor's terms of service.

• All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout. Exchange rates, where applicable, are set by Great Drs and updated periodically.
• Platform fees and commissions are deducted before payouts to providers and referrers per the rates displayed in each party's agreement.
• Refunds are subject to the refund policy agreed upon between the patient and the treating provider. Great Drs platform fees are generally non-refundable.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

7a. Text Message (SMS) Notifications

If you opt in, Great Drs sends recurring automated account notifications by text message to the mobile number in your profile (for example, that a new secure message, an appointment update or a pending item is waiting). Texts never include medical details. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. 8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Great Drs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without our express written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information in your profile or communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful material.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without authorization.
• Solicit or facilitate transactions outside of the Platform in circumvention of our payment systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Drs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or any services facilitated through it.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you have paid to Great Drs in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD $100.

11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and Great Drs agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or services coordinated through the Platform will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration governed by the laws of Jalisco, Mexico.

You and Great Drs waive the right to a jury trial and waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action. Claims must be brought only in an individual capacity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jalisco, Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent a dispute is not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
